Order Tracking

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Locate Your Tracking Number

    • After your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Keep this email handy.

    • You can also log into your whisperbag.com account, go to “My Orders,” select the relevant order, and view the tracking details there.

  2. Use the Carrier Tracking Link

    • Click the link provided or copy the tracking number and paste it on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to see real-time updates on its location and estimated delivery date.

    • Note that it may take up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

  3. Check Status Updates

    • In Transit: Package is moving through sorting centers or en route.

    • Out for Delivery: Typically expected to arrive that day; ensure someone is available to receive it.

    • Delivered: Confirm delivery location (porch, mailbox, front desk) as indicated by the carrier. If “Delivered” shows but you haven’t received it, check around the property or with neighbors.

  4. What to Do If There’s a Delay or Issue

    • No Updates: If tracking shows no movement for several business days after the expected transit time, wait 1–2 days (sometimes scans are delayed). If still unchanged, contact us.

    • Delivered but Missing: First check around delivery area. If you can’t locate it, contact us with your order number and relevant tracking info; we’ll open an inquiry with the carrier.

    • Damaged in Transit: If you receive a damaged package, take photos of the packaging and item, then contact customer support within 7 days. We’ll guide you through the claims process and arrange a replacement or refund if covered.

  6. Additional Tips

    • Ensure your shipping address was entered correctly. If you need to update it before shipment, contact us immediately. After shipment, address changes may not be possible.

    • For international orders, allow extra time for customs clearance; tracking may show “In Customs” until cleared.
